He holds an Applied Electrical Engineering degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and was appointed CEO of the National Center for Privatization in April 2019 to date.
Engineer Rayan has more than eighteen years of practical experience in the public and private sectors, and has held more than one position as an advisor to His Excellency the Minister of Finance and worked before that at HSBC Saudi Arabia (HSBC) in addition to the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and he is also a member of the Board of Directors of a number of Among the companies, including the Saudi Water Partnerships Company, Thiqa Company, the National Water Company, and the Saudi Postal Services Company, in addition to membership in some committees such as the Advisory Committee of the Capital Market Authority.
Engineer Rayan's experience is distinguished in banking, consulting, and basic services such as (water, electricity, communications). And petrochemicals, infrastructure and others. Eng. Rayan’s experiences included managing a number of mega projects and privatization works. He also participated as a speaker in many local and international meetings, conferences and seminars.
