Professor Turki bin Dhaif Allah Al-Mutairi received his BA with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran in the field of Management Information Systems, and a master's degree in economics from Florida State University in the United States of America.
He began his working life in the institution as an economic specialist in 2003, and was attached to the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC in 2012 to become an advisor to the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, and in 2015 he was chosen for the position of alternate executive director at the World Bank in Washington, DC, and in 2018 he became an economic advisor His Excellency the Governor of the Arab Monetary Agency, and in 2019 AD he became Deputy Governor for Research and International Affairs, His Excellency represented the institution in a number of workshops and international committees, and in November 2019 he became Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs so far.
