Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Saleh received a Bachelor of Law from the College of Administrative Sciences at King Saud University in 1987, and received a Master of Laws in 1993, specializing in international banking and trade from the Washington School of Law, USA. He then received his PhD in commercial law from the University of Wales, UK.
Dr. Ahmed has been a licensed lawyer from the Ministry of Justice since 2015 to date. He is also a legal researcher in the Banking Dispute Settlement Commission, and has occupied several other positions in his career.
Dr. Ahmed represented KSA in the G20 conference working groups and other international organizations. Additionally, he participated in many seminars and conferences and attended various training courses. He has extensive experience in traditional and Islamic banking, commercial papers, money market instruments, commercial companies, commercial arbitration, commercial financing, mortgage finance, financial leasing, civil litigation, and drafting projects as well as executive regulations.
